Army Pink: The Power to Create Change.
Why Army Pink is Different
A Mission Fueled by Experience & Purpose
Army Pink was built with a clear mission: to eliminate the barriers that keep survivors trapped. What makes us unique is how we’re combining real-world experience with industry expertise to create a sustainable model for impact.
With decades of leadership in licensing, branding, and consumer engagement, Cynthia Modders and Bill Hensley bring invaluable insight into expanding Army Pink beyond traditional fundraising. Cynthia has played a key role in global brand licensing at Mattel, Universal, Sega, and 20th Century Fox, helping build brands that reach millions. Bill, with 16 years at Sanrio (Hello Kitty) and experience at Disney, Warner Bros., and MGA Entertainment, understands how to turn brands into global movements. Their expertise allows us to explore strategic partnerships, consumer products, and licensing opportunities—creating new ways to sustain our mission and fund real solutions for survivors.
A Mission That’s Personal
Army Pink wasn’t just an idea—it was born from lived experience. Robin Bement, Army Pink’s founder, knows firsthand the barriers that keep survivors from leaving abusive situations. She understands that escaping isn’t just about courage—it’s about having a way out.
Trapped in a dangerous situation with nowhere to turn, she experienced the fear, isolation, and impossible choices that so many survivors face. She knows what it’s like to search desperately for help, only to find that the biggest obstacle isn’t wanting to leave—it’s having the means to do so.
That’s why Army Pink is committed to funding safe transportation, expanding support networks, and creating real solutions so that no survivor has to face this journey alone.
Building a Strong Future
While our mission is clear, sustainability is key. Muhammad Bilal, a digital transformation expert and strategist, rounds out the Army Pink team by ensuring our long-term growth. With expertise in SEO, online revenue generation, and securing grant funding, Muhammad builds the foundation that amplifies our reach and impact. His work behind the scenes ensures that more survivors get the support they need, while Army Pink continues to grow as a force for change.
