A supportive message during your ride, which may include a link to a calming wellness resource (such as a sound bath) and, where applicable, safe-arrival instructions.
A wellness follow-up message about 48 hours after drop-off, which may may include a link to a wellness resource.
Message frequency varies (typically up to 2 messages per ride).
