1. Who Sends These Messages
These SMS Terms of Service govern text messages sent by Army Pink to individuals who have provided a phone number in connection with transportation or support services.
2. Your Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive automated SMS messages from Army Pink related to your transportation services, including:
Appointment confirmations
24-hour reminders
Messages are sent via a 213 area code number using services provided by Twilio, Inc.
3. Voluntary Participation
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to access transportation or any other services from Army Pink. You may receive services whether or not you opt in to SMS communications.
4. Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on your scheduled appointments
Typically 2 messages per appointment (confirmation and reminder)
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may withdraw your consent at any time by texting STOP to any Army Pink message.
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.
Opting out will not affect your access to Army Pink services.
